Is shipping to my country free?

YONAISI offers free global shipping for all sex dolls.
However, please note: certain locations classified as remote areas (such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico) may require an additional remote area surcharge.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Policies vary by country. While we provide free shipping, some countries/regions may require customers to handle customs clearance and pay import duties or taxes (the process is very simple, and YONAISI will assist you throughout).

Countries/Regions with Import Duties: Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, South American countries, South Africa, Israel, South Korea.
Some Asian Countries/Regions Duty-Free: Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia.
Restricted Countries: We do not ship to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, Iraq, and certain other Islamic countries.

We provide free expedited shipping to Canada, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, South Africa, Illinois (USA), and South Korea.
According to customs regulations, customers must pay duties and taxes online via the official UPS website. YONAISI will handle the customs clearance process; you only need to complete payment on the UPS platform on time.
Customs duties for full-size dolls are usually under $150. We can also provide a duty/tax estimate before you place your order.

How long does shipping take?

After payment: Production takes about 1–3 business days.
International shipping: 5–12 business days.
Customized dolls: Production may take up to one month.
Most dolls arrive within 7–15 business days after a tracking number is issued (excluding customs clearance time).
Products from overseas warehouses: Usually delivered within 2–7 business days.

Will my package be discreet?

At YONAISI, your privacy is our top priority. We use sturdy, plain shipping boxes without any identifiable labels or brand markings, ensuring the contents remain completely confidential.

How do I get a tracking number?

Once your doll has shipped, we will send the tracking number to your email.

After the tracking number is generated, the logistics system may take some time to display the latest status.
If there’s no update within 2 days, please be patient.
If there’s still no update after 3 days, contact us immediately or check directly with the shipping company.
